A request from The Blind Service Association (BSA -- based in Chicago):
We are looking for volunteers that can help with getting started, correcting mistakes, and reading patterns. This is a group who mostly knit and we do have one who crochets. All of them are at different levels of knitting skills from just beginning to learning new stitches. Some have very limited visions and others are totally blind. The group size is from 4-10 members at a time. We meet weekly on Fridays from 11am-1pm at Blind Service Association (BSA) and the address is: 16 N. Wabash Ave or (same building) 17 N. State St. Charles A. Stephens Building Suite 1050 Please contact: Marty at BSA (312) 236-0808 BlindSesrviceAssociation.org
