Knitting Machines at the Harold Washington Public Library
Note that the Harold Washington Public Library Maker Lab has two Brother Electroknit KH-930 knitting machines if you want to try making mittens. You can go to open lab hours posted on the website and/or contact them to learn more. (Fun Fact: Faith Humphrey Hill, our spring 2023 speaker, was the Maker Lab Artist in Residence and made an instructional video on how to use the Brother machines).
- Ask a Maker to set up an equipment reservation, request fabrication or get help in a one-on-one virtual appointment
