Tote Bag Order Form

Orders are now being filled for Windy City Knitting Guild tote bags. The heavy canvas tote bags are natural colored with a red or navy WCKG logo and matching trim. The bags include a top zipper and an interior zippered pocket and key chain.  They are laminated inside for easy cleaning.

Bags can be purchased by filling out and mailing in this form.  Cost per bag is $12.00, plus $3.00 shipping per bag if applicable.
